- Cricket Protect covers you from loss, theft, accidental physical damage or liquid damage, in-warranty exchanges and out-of-warranty mechanical and/or electrical malfunction.
- Deductible varies from $10-$250 per approved claim, depending on phone model.
- Replacement device may be new or refurbished. Expedited shipping offered for in-warranty exchanges.
- Limit of two claims per 12 months; maximum replacement value of $1500 per claim.
- Enrollment is optional, and you may cancel at any time without penalty.

Mobile Hotspot ($ 10/ mo)
- Mobile Hotspot makes your cell phone a Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Connect your laptop or tablet to the internet when you are on the go.
- Connecting devices to your smartphone to share Internet access is called tethering.
- With Cricket’s Mobile Hotspot feature, you can use tethering to connect multiple devices at the same time using Wi-Fi or a USB cable.
- Only available with current Unlimited plans and select grandfathered plans. Eligible phone required. View eligible phones.
- Mobile Hotspot uses your rate plan’s high-speed data allowance. After allowance is used, speeds are slowed to 128 Kbps for the rest of the billing cycle.
- For Unlimited plans, you have 10 GB of Mobile Hotspot data usage per month; after 10 GB of Mobile Hotspot data usage, tethering speeds are slowed to 128 Kbps for the rest of the billing cycle.
